Where is my order?

To track your order, you can check your confirmation e-mail after placing an order or you can log into your account. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your junk/spam/promotions folder before reaching out. If you still do not see it, please email us at info@islaybrowsupplies.com and we can resend your tracking number / confirmation number.

Do you offer discounts?

Am I able to cancel my order?

Most orders are picked and process by our warehouse staff within 20 minutes. If your order has not been shipped yet, we can cancel it for a refund. Once cancelled, please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to reach your payment card. Please note; cancellations are not guaranteed. Please contact us ASAP at info@islaybrowsupplies.com

Can I change my order?

If your order has not been shipped yet we can change it. You generally have up to 20 minutes before your order is picked and fulfilled by our warehouse staff. Please note: changes are not guaranteed. Please contact us ASAP at info@islaybrowsupplies.com.

Do you ship international?

YES, customs charges may be applicable. Please check with your countries laws before placing an order. Some products such as numbing agents may not be approved by your country.

How much is shipping?

U.S. Economy Shipping is free for orders over $200. For orders under $200 you have a flat rate option between $8.99-$39.99. Shipping is dependent on speed, weight & size of the items purchased. Our warehouse will fulfill the item with the best carrier for optimal delivery to your address. We use Uni Uni ans USPS for orders placed in the U.S. DHL & UPS for international orders.

My tracking number shows it's been delivered, but I did not receive it.

We are sorry to hear that. Please check around your porch or on the side of your house. If you cannot find it, please allow 24 hours to ensure USPS/UPS is not late. You can contact us at info@islaybrowsupplies.com

What if the address on my order is wrong?

Please contact us right away so we can change it before your order is picked and processed. If it gets shipped to the wrong address we hope that it will be returned to our warehouse. Once we receive the items at our warehouse we can reach out to resend the items or cancel the order minus any original shipping costs.

How can I get my invoice?

You can log into your account and see it under orders. You can also email us at info@islaybrowsupplies and we would be happy to resend it to you.

What is your return policy?

We are happy to accept returns on NEW and unopened products within 14 days. Some items are excluded from refunds. We cannot return pigments, numbing or any items of that nature. Customer is responsible for all returned shipping costs.

What if I was sent the wrong item or missing an item?

Our warehouse is 99.9% accurate with the picking and fulfillment process. Every order is video recorded during packing to ensure our customers receive the items they ordered. We understand that this errors can still happen. Please contact us within 3 days from delivery date & we will look for a resolution for you!

What pigments do you offer?

We currently offer Monica Ivani Pigments, Tina Davies, Evenflo Colours, Perma blend, Hanafy, Mara & Brow Daddy.

Where are your suppliers?

We have suppliers all over the world! We know that we cannot find the best products from just one supplier. We did a ton of product sampling before we chose our partners.

Are your products safe?

Absolutely! All of our products are vegan and cruelty free. That does not mean you or your client may not be allergic to a certain ingredient. Please perform a patch test beforehand. Make sure to follow the directions. All of our products are designed for professional use only!
